Kaleel is a character in Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. He was played by Jack Palance.
About Kaleel[]
Kaleel was the leader of the nomads on Vistula. He had The Touch of Truth that he used to kill those who fear him just with his touch. The power itself was fueled by fear alone, so if one did not fear Kaleel, they would be immune to the "Touch of Truth".
Kaleel was taken into Earth Directorate custody at the end of the food contamination crisis, after Buck stood up to him, thereby depriving Kaleel of his power over the nomads.[1]
