Joella Cameron is one of the many girlfriends of notorious assassin Raphael Argus.
After Buck's impersanation of Argus is uncovered, Joella travels with him, to help prevent the Legion of Death carrying out their plan to destroy New Chicago by sabotaging the city's antimatter power plant[1]
