The Earth Federation is the sole unified government of Earth and her off-world colonies. The Federation was founded some time after World War III, the war that left Earth nearly devastated. The Earth Federation is also responsible for foreign and diplomatic relations with other species.

The Federation is run by a body known as the Computer Council which runs much of the Federation‘s affairs.

The Earth Federation primary military defense force is the Earth Defense Directorate, which is responsible for defending Earth from Draconian Invasion.
